We are able to assist clients in arranging the financing required to purchase a residential unit if they wish. Standard payment terms are as follows:

The reservation fee is CZK 500,000 including VAT

Payment of 15% of the total purchase price is made upon signing the contract of future purchase agreement including the already paid reservation fee

The signing of the future purchase agreement follows within 30 days after the signing of the reservation contract; this period can be adjusted based on the requirements of the interested party
•
Additional payment of the purchase price follows after the unit is completed in approx. Q1/2026
