The fully renovated Art Nouveau façade finally had its moment in the spotlight as well – one where flawless replicas of the original stucco work and impeccably crafted plaster truly shine.

The Art Nouveau facade is taking its final shape. All decorative stucco elements have been carefully restored, with the final step being to add the color areas in green tones, the shade of which is based on research of the original historical pigments. The original windows have been replaced with replicas that preserve the authentic appearance while meeting contemporary demands for thermal and acoustic insulation. The common areas require a great sense of detail to naturally connect with the harmony of the entire building. For instance, door frames are being fitted with faithful replicas that preserve the original Art Nouveau character of the interior, fully maintaining the building's historical value thanks to precise craftsmanship. The interiors themselves are approaching the final phase of reconstruction. Selected layouts are being created individually according to the clients' wishes, in some cases by combining multiple units into a single whole, while the remaining layouts are being reconstructed according to the original designs by studio SMLXL.

One of the most important chapters of this reconstruction was the roof and framework, under which we prepared premium penthouse apartments for you. The ceilings on all floors are also completely new, and their layering and level of insulation fully meet contemporary demands. As part of the structural work, we replaced worn-out structures with entirely new ones, representing a lot of invisible work that you will truly appreciate after moving in. Since we perceive the reconstruction as a holistic ecosystem, we dedicated a great deal of care to the refined common areas, which will maximize your investment to the absolute limit. We stripped the plaster down to the bare bricks throughout the entire building, allowing us to work with a clean foundation that enabled us to apply the new plaster precisely and in the best quality. We renovated the apartment units truly from the ground up and without a single compromise. Your life in a historic Art Nouveau building will thus not only meet all the requirements of a new build, but perhaps even exceed them with its character.
